This self guided assessment is a three-step process designed to highlight the unique risks and opportunities of your hybrid work and people strategy.

Sign up for the assessment

Once you have provided your information and payment for the assessment, you will receive access to a questionnaire.  Answer all the questions (you will be able to save and resume later) and submit the form.  You may choose to have multiple people work on different sections of the questionnaire based on their area of responsibility.

Receive updates as we conduct our analysis

This questionnaire consists of more than 200 questions, each of which has been carefully selected and is weighted based on our ongoing research into best practices for HR and for hybrid work.  Once you have submitted your response to the questionnaire, our analysts will assess your responses. As we perform our analysis – typically taking a couple of business days – we may contact you to request clarification or additional information.  We will also provide you with short progress updates (unless you opt out of this communication).

Schedule a review of your results

Your assessment includes a consultation with our experts to review the findings and recommendations.  Once we have completed our analysis we will send you a link which you can use to schedule a one-hour session to review your results.

  • For each of 19 business capabilities, your report will quantify the relative alignment with best practices, allowing you to focus on the areas that are most likely to provide opportunities for improvement.

Areas of greatest risk

  • The report will highlight which of the business capabilities carry the greatest risk resulting from unimplemented best practices.

A risk register for your most critical risks

  • The risk register will contain formal risk statements, quantified initial risk, recommended risk strategy (accept, transfer, mitigate, or avoid), and quantified residual risk.  You will use this to follow a risk management approach to hybrid work optimization.

Recommendations

  • Your report will also include high level recommendations for next steps on your HR and hybrid work optimization journey.
  • After the review, your report will remain available for download from a secure client portal for 30 days.
